Scattered Atoms ?

I've gotten used to seeing LinkedIn ads when I visit the site focused on my declared interests (SEO, online marketing.) I saw the first ad on Facebook for an online marketing consultant, Scattered Atoms. The blogger, Tiran is a Director, Engagement Leader with GE/NBC Universal's Strategic Initiatives & Analysis East coast team. Interesting idea, although it's unclear what he's trying to promote.
