Laptop damage
Scoble has a good post on laptop damage, by being yanked off a table. I agree with him, I've never seen it happen. I am, however, wondering if the occasional accumulation of cat hair from the cat deciding to try typing can add up to any cumulative damage :)

E-marketing Directory. I was experimenting with DWodp live, which lets you add directories from DMOZ to your site. Check out
"Josh's E-marketing tools directory". Took about twenty minutes to set up, and it should be a useful resource for finding tools. I'll probably add it to the navigation on the left side of the blog. Granted, I could have just linked directly to DMOZ, but with this approach I'm planning on eventually adding a customized nav bar to the top.

Bye bye, fly i
Today was the last day of Independence Air... I'll miss them, they had reasonably priced seats, an easy to navigate website, and were open to change. They never had that discount airline, cattle car feel to them.
I'm hoping another airline springs up, or it'll be back to US Air routes, with double the prices... I was thinking of using my last free ticket on them for a one day round trip to one of the smaller cities they served (Greenville, SC, anyone?). Alas, scheduling didn't make it possible.

Mark Cuban on 2006 investment advice. His 2 key points; invest in things that earn income, and see what you can change in your own life, which often has a higher rate of return than investments, if it's something like paying off credit cards.
